Fresh off the Warped Tour (the website says it ended yesterday), Big D and the Kids Table have announced a fall tour stretching as far north as Canada, as far south as Georgia, and dipping into the midwest. Apparently six weeks of downtime is all you need!
They’ll be supported by a variety of bands throughout the tour: The Pietasters co-headline a few dates on the front end; NJ Ska/punk band Survay Says! and OK punk band Red City Radio join for a chunk of October and November; VA folk-punk band The Fighting Jamesons will support them through December.
It’s worth noting that they have not one but two dates scheduled in October at Brighton Music Hall (formerly Harper’s Ferry). Their annual Halloween show is now a two-night event! The first night will is supported by Red City Radio, Survay Says! and The Far East (NYC reggae), but second has a different set of bands: The Swellers (MI punk), The Macrotones (Boston prog), and Hell Sea (Lowell/Worcester punk). Last year’s Halloween show coincided with Skalapalooza and was held at the Royale so this promises to be a much more intimate affair.
Tickets for both nights go on sale Friday, August 9 at Noon.
